Lupine Construction & Design is licensed & insured construction company available for any/all remodeling or new construction needs.  We are B2 Building Contractor licensed, allowing us to work on most any residential or commercial space.

We are a family-owned and operated construction and design firm specializing in custom interiors and stunning exteriors.  Lupine offers a wide range of services including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, built in cabinetry, window replacement, and stucco repair.  We are proudly based on the southwest side of Colorado Springs, renovating some of Cheyenne Mountains’ finest neighborhoods.

As the team leader, Scott McKerlie has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.  His level of of expertise across the spectrum of construction trades earned him a coveted B2 contractor license with the Pikes Peak Regional Building department. From condominium remodels to brand new homes, interior & exterior- we’ve worked on it all.

Lupine Construction and Design was established in 2018 and has steadily grown by developing innovative designs and applying superior craftsmanship.  Clients can be assured of quality results and excellent service.   We offer a 2 year warranty on our workmanship and honor all manufacturer warranties.
